The hotel is located conveniently near the train station and is a short distance from the university. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a good temperature. the bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. Though we did not interact with staff, the computerized system was efficient and helpful.
One drawback is the difficulty of using the computerized system, which can cause delays and confusion.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel had a nice swimming pool.
Checking-in was a nightmare. Everything was automated, and we had to follow the instructions on the screen.

The hotel had some nice amenities like a fitness center and a spa. the location was great with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the festive holiday decorations that added a cozy touch during our Christmas stay.
Our experience was marred by the overly complicated and frustrating check-in process. Everything was computerized and required a code to access, but we didn't receive our code on time and had to call multiple times to get it sorted out.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was great as it was not far from the university and near the train station.
Nothing, no complaints at all. The only minor issue was the temperature in the room, but it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.
